After a war is lost, a new teacher comes to a classroom. She’s friendly, fun, and quickly earns the students’ trust. But as the day goes on, the class begins to realize that not everything is as simple as it seems. The story asks us to think about the importance of questioning, understanding, and holding on to what we believe.
